Record Complex

an affiliation of records in an SI domain that all contain the same OMNIDEX SI value; for example, qualifying from child or parent returns parent rows; keys that qualify record complexes (MDK Indexes in parent tables or master data sets, and MDK Indexes installed with the Record Complex option). When Record Complex is installed on a keyword index in a child table, the index is treated as if it belonged to the parent table. See SI domain, Record Specific, RC child, RS child.

Right outer join

When Omnidex encounters a right outer join, it will attempt to convert it to a left outer join by switching the tables. If unable to do this, the query will fail.
