Overview

Dynamic Information Systems provides support either via email or by phone. DISC's preferred approach is via email to support@omnidex.com with the following information included:

  1. Version of Omnidex
  2. OS Type and version (Windows 2008 R2)
  3. Data type being used (Flat, Oracle, etc.)
  4. Detailed description of the problem including any error messages

You may also leave a message at the Omnidex Support line at 303-444-6610 where your message will be reviewed and sent to the appropriate support engineer.
