Export Records

The Export option is available only after data has been returned from a query. This option appears in the menu by selecting Data / Export, or in the toolbar by selecting the button that has a blue arrow pointing OUT of a cylinder.

• The data exported will be the data returned from the most recent query.

• To export a single record, select a single record from the recordset and click Detail. Then select the export option. Only the current record will be exported.
