-===== Omnidex Indexing =====
-
-Omnidex provides a wide variety of indexing capabilities.  The simplest applications may simply require a few indexes to be added, but other applications may use many more indexing capabilities.  It is useful to get a quick overview of the indexing capabilities of Omnidex.  Customers commonly purchase Omnidex for its basic indexing capabilities, only to discover there is more more available.

-=== PowerSearch ===
-
-PowerSearch is a feature of Omnidex that allows users to search databases without having exact criteria. This allows searches against the database that are similar to searching the Internet.  The user's search terms can be extended to include related search terms through the use of synonym lists and misspellings. Misspelled words or transposed words can be automatically compensated, whether the error is located in the user's criteria or in the database itself.  PowerSearch can even be extended to provide geographic proximity, allowing the user's search to automatically locate records that are in the same geographic proximity as the records they have requested.
-
-PowerSearch is tailored to the database by giving columns a context.  Contexts identify the content of the column, such as First Names, Last Names, Addresses, Phone Numbers, Email Addresses, etc.  When a standard query is issued with PowerSearch enabled, Omnidex will use the appropriate search algorithms for each context.  PowerSearch can be easily customized for each application by adding new contexts, each with their own specific search instructions, including the creation of custom synonym lists.
