DISC provides phone-in support, documentation and updates, as well as major investments in R&D to constantly upgrade all Omnidex products and expand their functionality. Your annual maintenance fees cover these on-going services which are available at three levels.
Includes all DISC support services, including response center support and free updates of software and documentation for new releases of licensed software. RCS must be purchased for the first copy of any Omnidex product, on a primary server for the first year. Organizations wishing to retain Response Center Support thereafter must continue RCS on the primary server at a minimum at one site.
Includes free updates of software and documentation for new releases of licensed software. SMS pricing is 50% of the RCS price.
